Salary Package: Basic salary RM4,500 and above (negotiable based on experience) with additional KPI allowance and night shift allowance provided
Job Requirements- Candidate with full working rights for Malaysia with strong Mandarin and English communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, digital advertising or BPO environment
- Basic understanding or exposure to online advertising platforms and how digital ads work
- Experience handling customer inquiries through live chat, email, CRM, or ticketing systems is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotational shift schedule
- Provide support to advertisers via live chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Assist clients with campaign setup, ad performance, targeting, and billing-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot advertising and platform-related issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up for all customer cases
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality and user experience
- Ensure service standards and response time targets are consistently achieved
