Customer Service Representative (中) | Immediate Hiring

Working Days: 5 working days, 2 off days.

Salary Package: Basic salary RM4,500 and above (negotiable based on experience) with additional KPI allowance and night shift allowance provided

Job Requirements
  • Candidate with full working rights for Malaysia with strong Mandarin and English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, digital advertising or BPO environment
  • Basic understanding or exposure to online advertising platforms and how digital ads work
  • Experience handling customer inquiries through live chat, email, CRM, or ticketing systems is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotational shift schedule
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide support to advertisers via live chat, email, and ticketing systems
  • Assist clients with campaign setup, ad performance, targeting, and billing-related inquiries
  • Troubleshoot advertising and platform-related issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up for all customer cases
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality and user experience
  • Ensure service standards and response time targets are consistently achieved
