Account Executive

  • 1-2 years of working experience in handling accounts works and in keeping full set of accounts is an advantage.
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office.
  • Able to work independently, able to handle multi tasks, able to work under pressure and willing to work for extra hours to meet all closing deadline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a full set of account. Ensure data is entered into system accurately. Establish, maintain and reconcile general ledger.
  • Prepare periodic financial statement, general ledger and accounts including P&L, balance sheet and other financial reports.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation function. In case of discrepancy, investigate and make necessary adjustment.
  • Perform journal entries, by making reasonably accurate provisions and accruals, and verifying all accounting entries.
  • Ensure undertaking with company SOP and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Experience handling full set of accounts is an advantage.
