Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of English/Malay
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount and QuickBook)
  • Strong Organizational and communication skills.
  • Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.

As an Account Executive, you will be tasked with:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements on regular basis
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and weekly bank report.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and administrative information.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits.
  • Ensuring the upkeep and proper maintenance of company assets, facilities, and equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate accounting books and records, ensuring meticulous organization of filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of financial information.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Support on any other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.
