Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for uniforms, marine safety equipment, and marine hardware.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine and industrial sectors, focusing on building long-term client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of SMMI's offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and product offerings are aligned with market demands.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for sales growth and product development.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
