Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales executive role, preferably within the healthcare or medical supplies industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clientele.
  • In-depth product knowledge of first aid supplies and medical equipment, with the capacity to articulate value propositions and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a strong preference for candidates who also possess proficiency in Mandarin to cater to a wider customer base.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite capacity in Puchong, contributing to a dynamic and growing manufacturing environment.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our customer base within the healthcare and medical sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation, networking, and market research, focusing on first aid supplies and related medical products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and unique selling points of our first aid supplies.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and secure profitable sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment to closing the deal and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in first aid and medical supplies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales strategies.
