- Experience Requirements
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in overseas content operations/short video operations/growth operations.
Priority will also be given to candidates with experience in short dramas, film and television, content distribution, or the entertainment industry.- Language Skills
Good Mandarin and English skills (reading, writing, and communication).
Priority will be given to candidates who speak Portuguese (Brazil).- Content Creativity
Familiar with the content logic of short video platforms, possessing strong online savvy and topic selection abilities.
Able to independently complete video editing, with a sense of rhythm and a user-centric perspective (familiar with tools such as CapCut/PR).- KOL and Growth Capabilities
Experience in KOL collaboration or understanding of influencer marketing logic.
Basic understanding of user growth and content conversion (e.g., CTR, retention, conversion paths).- Data Analysis Capabilities
Able to analyze content performance through data and propose optimization solutions.
Basic data sensitivity and logical analysis skills.- Personal Qualities
Highly proactive and results-oriented.
Interested in or have some understanding of overseas market (especially Brazilian) culture.
Strong under pressure and adaptable to a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Bonus points:
- Successful short video or KOL collaboration case studies.
- Familiarity with overseas user culture (especially Brazilian entertainment content preferences).
