E-commerce Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining the backend of the company's official website, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of daily content updates and publishing.
- Assist in uploading and editing website content, including product information, news updates, and support documentation, ensuring information accuracy, proper formatting, and alignment with the brand tone.
- Assist in monitoring the basic operational status of the website and promptly report any anomalies (e.g., broken links, display issues) to the technical team.
- Assist in handling common user inquiries, feedback, or form submissions received through the official website channel, providing initial sorting and routing.
- Assist in collecting and organizing basic website traffic data (e.g., page views, user sources) to support operational analysis.
- Learn and help ensure that website content and operational practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company brand guidelines.
- Complete other support tasks related to website operations as assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in website operations, content management, or digital marketing. Prior experience with common content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills, with great attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic data sensitivity and logical thinking skills, willing to learn and use basic data viewing tools (e.g., Google Analytics overview).
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, capable of efficiently coordinating cross-departmental needs.
- Proactive, fast learner, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with guidance.
