Retail Operations Executive (Fit-out & Store Expansion)

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting daily Retail Fit-Out Operations, managing retail store maintenance/defect issue escalations, and assisting in store fit-out expansion projects. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of store setup, renovation, and opening.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Experience in retail operations, store setup, or design & build projects is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with retail outlets and internal departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Manage and respond to retail store complaints and escalations from management offices and regulatory bodies via email.
  • Monitor and track cases to ensure timely resolution and proper follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all complaints and operational matters.
  • Support day-to-day retail operational activities and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Assist in store expansion projects, including new store openings and renovations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for design and build activities.
  • Support store planning, setup, and readiness prior to opening.
  • Prepare reports and updates on operational issues and project progress.

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Renumeration Package:

  • RM2,150 – RM2,500 (Based on experience)
