Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR and administration roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including leave and attendance reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate office administration tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to track key HR performance indicators.
  • Organize company events and activities to promote employee engagement and morale.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employers on HR related enquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
