HR and Admin Executive - Klang

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to support the day-to-day human resources and administrative functions of the company. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in handling employee-related services, recruitment, documentation, and general office administration.
Responsibilities- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: Job posting, screening, interviewing coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF)
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Arrange company trainings, events, and internal meetings.
- Manage office administration, office supplies, facilities, and basic IT coordination.
- Processing of staff claims.
- Handle purchasing processes, supplier evaluation, invoices, and payments.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities
- Handle disciplinary issues and staff grievances with proper documentation
- Assist in performance appraisal tracking
- Track and monitor all leave application and maintain attendance record.
- Update and maintain HR-related documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, forms and other relevant records.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws
- To undertake any other ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned.
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Good organizing & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge and operational experience with payroll systems, including software for salary processing, statutory deductions, and payments to statutory bodies.
- Thorough understanding of statutory requirements and tax deduction processes.
