Sr Executive/ Assistant Manager Purchasing & Procurement

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Candidate must possess minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Purchasing & Procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier management, and cost control practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate high integrity and professionalism.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.30pm)
Working Location: Rest N Go App Sdn Bhd (HQ), Bandar Sri Damansara
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement functions including requisition processing, quotation evaluation, and supplier selection.
  • Utilize and maintain procurement records using the company's procurement system.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse departments to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain an approved supplier database.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, ISO standards, and company procurement policies.
  • Handle discrepancies related to delivery, pricing and quality with suppliers professionally.
  • Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and management summaries are required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and system usage.
