ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly professional and proactive Exectuvie Assistant to provide support. This role requires strong confidentiality, communication, and coordination skills to manage executive schedules, communications, and strategic support function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Executive Support
- Manage CEO's calendar, meetings and appointments
- Prioritize and coordinate daily schedules efficiently
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Communication Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal & external stakeholders
- Draft emails, letters and official correspondence
- Screen calls and manage communication flow
- Meeting & Documentation
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-ups
- Organize presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Track action items and ensure timely execution
- Travel & Coordination
- Arrange travel, accomodation, and logistics
- Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Business Support
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups
- Support business development activities when required
- Maintain professional relationships with key contacts
REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Business Administration / Secretarial / Management or related field
- 3 - 5 years experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese will be added advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially Powerpoint & Excel)
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, resourseful, and solutions oriented
- Willing to travel
