Account Executive/ Assistant ( Mandarin Speaker )

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
- At least two year(s) experience in finance or accounts
- Proficiency in accounting system and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and etc)
- Proficiency communication and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required skills: SQL Accounting Software, AutoCount
- Meticulous and have attention to details and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong understanding retails and merchandise practices, principles, policies, laws and regulations is preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with all level of employees
- Mature and pleasant personality to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel
- Assist generate and send out invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Process and update merchant sales statements, cash receipts and accounts receivables
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collections
- Prepare weekly customers aging, sales and collections report
- Reconcile accounts receivables ledgers to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Prepare monthly statement of accounts
- Assist with accounts payables processes
- Assist in reconcile bank statements
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless financial operations
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by superior from time to time
