Account Executive/ Assistant ( Mandarin Speaker )

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field

  • At least two year(s) experience in finance or accounts
  • Proficiency in accounting system and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and etc)
  • Proficiency communication and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required skills: SQL Accounting Software, AutoCount
  • Meticulous and have attention to details and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong understanding retails and merchandise practices, principles, policies, laws and regulations is preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with all level of employees
  • Mature and pleasant personality to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel
  • Assist generate and send out invoices to clients accurately and on time
  • Process and update merchant sales statements, cash receipts and accounts receivables
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collections
  • Prepare weekly customers aging, sales and collections report
  • Reconcile accounts receivables ledgers to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Prepare monthly statement of accounts
  • Assist with accounts payables processes
  • Assist in reconcile bank statements
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by superior from time to time
