Board Registration & Compliance:

  • Assist in the handling of REN Tags, branches licenses, PEA applications, and other documentation related to board registration and management compliance with industrial laws.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the timely submission of required documents.

Communication and Customer Service:

  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and internal/board complaints by providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage courier services if needed.

Office Equipment and Facilities Management:

  • Monitor and report issues related to office equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining office supplies such as stationery and toiletries, placing orders when necessary.
  • Arrange payments for utility bills and other related expenses.
  • Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and results-oriented.
  • Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people.
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Malay.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 months of internship period, preferable 6 months of internship
