Internship For HR Department - Kajang

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and understand HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, preferably in final year of studies.
• Preferably 3-month internship period of 3 months, commencing from May/June/July.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English/Mandarin).
• Basic understanding of HR functions is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Assist in preparing interview assessment forms and related documents
• Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
• Assist in resumes screening and recommending potential candidates to senior for shortlisting
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Follow up with candidates on interview status and onboarding documentation
• Generate welcome note for new joiners
• Assist in other day-to-day HR functions
