Internship For Customer Service Intern

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or any related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel and facilitate/support events and roadshows.
• A keen interest in sustainable/green mobility, renewable energy, and the environment is a plus, as is a motorcycle license (not mandatory).
• A minimum of 3 to 6 months of internship duration.

Job Description

• Full understanding of product features, functionalities, packages and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling complaints, coordinating service appointments and assisting with sales efforts.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Respond to customer’s inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the customer experience team in maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
• Monitor and keep track of customer’s feedback and report to the Head of Customer Experience.
• Interdepartmental communication and coordination to ensure smooth transition of all tasks.
• Assist with driving sales through active engagements, live stream selling and on- ground sales/events.
