Internship Customer Service

Assist in managing daily sales operations and provide administrative support.
  • Assist pre-sales activities, including quotations and tenders, as well as post-sales processes such as sales orders, delivery orders, invoicing, commissioning notes, credit notes, refunds, and other documentation.
  • Raise purchase orders and perform goods receipt processing.
  • Assist loan sets, verify consignment stock count sheets, and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Deliver high levels of service to both internal and external customers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate logistics for loan sets and advise the sales team on logistics coverage.
  • Assist preparing daily stock write-off forms, perform stock adjustments and transfers in a timely manner to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Review and propose inventory requisitions.
  • Assist inventory counts during stock takes and assist in other departmental activities as needed.
  • Assist preparing simple monthly reports on loan set utilization.
  • Reconcile stock with the warehouse and compile reports on excess inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams, to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide backup support for team members when required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
