Front Desk Role Cum Customer Service

Key Requirements & Daily Responsibilities:

1. Communication & Customer Service

• Bilingual Fluency is a MUST: You must be able to talk, read, and write fluently in both English and Malay.
• Email Discipline: Manage the service inbox with a strict goal of a 1-hour response time and ensure all emails are cleared before the end of the working day.
• Professional Front Desk: Act as the first point of contact—greeting walk-in customers, handling incoming calls politely, and ensuring the reception area is always presentable.
• Customer Updates: Proactively keep customers updated on their warranty progress

1. RMA & Administrative Processing

• Warranty Management: Accurately issue warranty case numbers, log details, and verify incoming parcels.
• Logistics Handling: Coordinate the physical handling of parcels, verify contents, update the sender upon receipt, and pass items seamlessly to our technical team.
• Admin Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as vendor claims and general team support.

1. Essential Qualities

• Presentable & Polite: Professional appearance and speech are critical.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Flexible Support: Must be willing to cross-train and provide logistical/basic support to Technicians during their absence.
• Able to use computer (Microsoft office in specific)
• Able to talk, read and write (English & Malay)
• Looks presentable
• Polite in speech
• Preferably freshie
