As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the business development department with P&L accountability, ensuring financial targets and customer satisfaction standards are met.
- Formulate and execute operational strategies to achieve organizational goals within established budgets and timelines.
- Lead the commercial team and facilitate collaboration across departments and support functions to deliver integrated energy projects.
- Manage resources—including materials, equipment, and to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and manage acquisition costs.
- Establish and enforce operational systems and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Business, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy (Solar), Energy Management Systems, or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing teams and departmental performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for professional stakeholder engagement.
- Focused on results, task completion, and operational efficiency.
