Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling AI/analytics or workflow automation.
  • Mastery of MEDDICC/MEDDIC/BANT and negotiating enterprise agreements.
  • Comfortable with C-level selling and procurement/legal processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline & Prospecting: Build and manage a territory plan aligned to ICP, TAM, and quarterly targets; Source new opportunities via outbound and inbound; Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecast in CRM.
  • Discovery & Solutioning: Lead deep discovery; Run tailored demos; Build business cases and ROI analyses.
  • Deal Management: Orchestrate enterprise evaluations; Structure pricing and negotiate agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide feedback to Product & PMM; Align with Customer Success; Partner with Marketing.
  • Post-Sale Growth: Identify expansion paths; Co-own QBRs with CS; Champion user adoption.
