RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise with customers via call, email or face to face.
- Provide service and support to all customers' inquiries and complaints.
- Processing and handling customer order.
- Administration and reports generation.
- Inventory and stock management.
- Any other tasks or projects as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skill is preferred.
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply as training provided.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Capital Square Kuala Lumpur which is accessible by LRT/ Monorail and bus as well.
- Good command in English, Bahasa, Mandarin and or other Local Dialect as incumbent required to liaise with multinational customers.
- Full time position(s) available.
