Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a admin
  • Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  1. Customer Interaction & Support
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, messages, and walk-in inquiries from customers.
  • Assist customers by providing product or service information, quotations, and after-sales support.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
  1. Order Processing & Coordination
  • Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate delivery arrangements.
  • Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Follow up on pending orders or service issues to ensure completion.
  1. Customer Feedback & Complaint Handling
  • Record and manage customer feedback, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further action.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and report recurring issues to management.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and service reports.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service activities and KPIs.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and data protection laws.
  1. Administrative & Support Tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and service contracts.
  • Support marketing campaigns by handling inquiries and directing leads to the sales team.
  • Participate in company meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.
