- Presentable, well-groomed, and cheerful personality.
- Minimum height: 170 cm.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and basic English.
- Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests in accordance with service standards.
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
- Ensure tables, service areas, and dining environment are clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
- Respond to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Promote menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings when appropriate.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a cheerful, professional, and presentable appearance at all times.
- Communicate effectively with guests in Mandarin and basic English.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
