Experience: Prior service industry experience preferred (not limited to F&B)

- Eligible Regions: Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia
- Greeting and Seating: Welcoming guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.
- Order Taking: Accurately recording food and beverage orders and entering them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Menu Expertise: Demonstrating thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, to provide recommendations or answer guest queries.
- Inquiry Management: Handling guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Table Service: Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Beverage Preparation: Preparing basic beverages (e.g., coffees, teas, or simple garnishes) or coordinating with the bar team for complex orders.
- Table Maintenance: Monitoring tables throughout the meal to refill water, clear finished plates ("bussing"), and replace used cutlery.
- Payment Processing: Presenting accurate bills and handling various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, or room charges.
- Station Setup: Performing "mise en place" duties, such as polishing glassware, folding napkins, and ensuring condiment containers are full before service begins.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean work environment by wiping tables, sweeping service areas, and following strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Communication: Coordinating effectively with back-of-house (kitchen) staff to ensure smooth timing of food delivery and to relay special dietary requirements.
- Closing Duties: Assisting with end-of-shift tasks, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and balancing daily sales reports.
- Grooming: Adhering to company uniform and grooming standards to present a professional image.
- Teamwork: Supporting colleagues during peak periods to maintain service speed and quality.
- Compliance: Following all local laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol and workplace health and safety regulations.
