Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (databases, social media, networking)
- Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring and critical roles
- Conduct market mapping for key positions when required
- Work closely with hiring managers to align expectations and hiring timelines
- Provide advisory on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate insights
- Ensure clear communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey from application to onboarding
- Maintain timely follow-ups and feedback to candidates
- Strengthen employer branding through positive interactions
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
- Prepare hiring reports (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline status)
- Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in corporate/in-house recruitment (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
