- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Background in retail industry is an added advantage and/or
- Prior experience working in a recruitment agency.
Training Experience:
- Handson experience in conducting internal company training
- Exposure to sales-related training, including:
- Sales techniques / skills
- Customer service excellence
- Experience in delivering soft skills and motivational training.
General:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experiences.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to lead talent acquisition and drive impactful training initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who understands fast-paced hiring environments and has a passion for developing people through practical, business driven training programs.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
- Maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Manage recruitment platforms and employer branding initiatives.
- Design and deliver internal training programs focusing on:
- Sales performance & skills
- Soft skills (communication, customer service & etc)
- Staff motivation & engagement
- Work closely with HODs to identify training needs
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness with practical outcomes
- Support performance improvement through targeted training interventions
- Foster a positive learning culture within the organization.
