Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be able to speak and read Mandarin. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with China dealers.

- Require Skill(s): Computer literate
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up delivery with suppliers.
- Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse and Central Kitchen to ensure all items received are of good quality.
- Matching of supplier’s invoices with supporting documents such as PO, DO and GRN.
- Maintain and keep daily purchase records to ensure all reports and documents are filed and stored properly.
- Create and maintain all procurement related database.
- Source, compare and negotiate price with both local and oversea suppliers to ensure all purchases are secured at the best price of the required quality.
- Follow up payment status with finance department and update supplier to ensure smooth delivery.
- Liaise with logistic company for both local and oversea import delivery arrangement.
- Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from Department Head
