Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR Management, Performance Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Law Compliance, and HR Policies.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of a 500-employee organization.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to management.
- Proficiency in developing and administering compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
