The HR and Admin Assistant provides support in both administrative and human resources functions. This role assists with day-to-day operations including documentation, filing, employee support, and general office coordination.

Job description:

Administrative
  1. Manage office suppliers, documents and filling systems
  2. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office maintenance.
  3. Manage factory insurance, company car road tax renewal
  4. Provide overall administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director.
  5. Perform other administrative ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
HR Support
  1. Assist with recruitment tasks (posting jobs arranging interview, etc.)
  2. Maintain and update employee record and HR database
  3. Prepare HR documents such as memos
  4. Help coordinate staff onboarding, training, and welfare activities.
  5. Track staff attendance and leave applications
