  • Problem Solving – Apply critical thinking and good judgment to resolve moderately complex or sensitive cases.
  • Policy Compliance – Ensure all responses adhere to internal HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Record Keeping – Maintain accurate documentation in the case management system.
