We Are Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin & English Speaking)
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a solid HR background and fluency in both Mandarin and English to lead our recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, conducting market research, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to support the company's continued growth and success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in fast-moving or high-performance industries.
- Strong headhunting and sourcing abilities with a clear understanding of role-specific and industry-aligned talent needs.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compensation frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to perform well in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the broader financial or corporate services landscape.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing techniques.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, including Sales, Business Development, and Marketing within a fast-paced and competitive industry.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Leverage various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, headhunting, professional networks) to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience.
- Monitor market trends, talent movement, and competitor hiring practices to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Provide HR support in areas such as onboarding, performance evaluation processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strengthen employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice in a rapidly evolving job market.
