Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in MAICSA/MACS, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Secretarial/ICSA or equivalent.

  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (oral and written).
  • Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and independently.
  • Must be very organized, self-motivated, enthusiasm, good in planning and fast learning.

  • Knowledge of Company Secretarial work will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must be Malaysian.
  • Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial duties and functions in compliance with the statutory requirements under Companies Act 2016.
  • Handling of resolutions, updating registers/company profiles, lodgement/submission of statutory form/documents to SSM and LHDN stamping, certification of documents, and other related jobs.
  • Updating information online in MycoID.
  • Handling company share transactions, issuing new shares and ensure to comply with all legal requirements.
  • Responsible for perusal of legal documents/corporate information.
  • Liaising with auditors, lawyers and shareholders on board governance issues.
  • Communicating with clients on daily basis to ensure statutory filing are doing well and comply with submission dateline.
  • Giving advice to ensure clients’ compliance with Companies Act 2016 and other relevant statutory requirements.
  • Organize and maintain correspondence and records.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and able to interact professionally with all levels.
  • Handle Other related tasks and duties.
