Manage and oversee a portfolio of number of clients, ensuring all company secretarial functions are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Handle full range of corporate secretarial tasks for clients including:
- incorporation of companies.
- lodgement of clients’ statutory returns and documents in timely manner in compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
- ensuring proper maintenance of clients’ statutory records, updating, maintaining, submission and taking custody of all relevant statutory records, minutes books, forms, documents and common seal of the clients’ companies including register books and secretarial files and ensure all clients’ information is up-to-date.
- Draft various written resolutions for the Board and Members with minimal supervision.
- Manage the company secretarial department and assisting the named Company Secretary.
- Liaise with Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant statutory bodies as and when required.
- General administrative duties related to company secretarial functions including liaising and attending meetings with clients.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiently.
- Minimum 2 years of company secretarial experiences.
- Familiar with Companies acts and filing of statutory forms.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Responsible, diplomatic, maintain confidentiality, integrity, meticulous and adaptability.
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
