Resolve customer issues across our platform.
  • Manage customer communications through various channels including marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok), WhatsApp, and Meta.
  • Follow provided SOPs for consistent and accurate responses.
  • Handle operational tasks such as printing return order waybills and managing customer orders.
  • Manage and assist at Pop-up booths as required.
  • Assist with packing orders.
  • At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
  • Fast typer, at least 60 WPM
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to company protocols and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in both Malay and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, especially in handling challenging customer interactions.
  • Ability to maintain composure and not take customer remarks personally.
