Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract a diverse, skilled, and high-calibre talent pool.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and develop targeted hiring plans.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting on boarding processes)
Employer Branding
  • Support initiatives to strengthen our employer brand and promote our company as an employer of choice through strategic campaigns and outreach efforts.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights through regular reporting to measure success and optimize hiring efforts.
Other Duties ...
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the broader goals of the HR team and organization.
about the requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • A proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for recruitment and talent engagement.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
