Talent Acquisition Intern (6 months internship)

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern supports the HR team by assisting with end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing applicant data in ATS, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases, and conduct initial resume screening.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Data Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases to ensure accurate recruitment records.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding activities, such as managing social media content, organizing career fairs, and updating job postings.
- Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding processes, reference checks, and offer documentation.
- 6-month internship
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Must have excellent organizing, time management, and people skills.
