Internship Digital Marketing Intern - Business Development (Founder's Office)

You’ll see what it takes to grow a digital agency from the inside, contribute to new ideas, and learn how real client work is done.

You’ll be involved in:

• Market Research & Entry: Help us research new B2B markets, find prospects, and analyze the competition.
• Proposal & Pitch Development: Assist in crafting business proposals and presentations for potential clients and deals.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Support the planning and execution of B2B digital campaigns—SEO, ads, and content.
• Content Ideation: Come up with creative, platform-specific content ideas for LinkedIn, our blog, outreach emails, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, and Lemon8.
• Growth Projects: Jump into business development initiatives and sit in on strategic meetings with the founders.
• Client Communication: Shadow and learn how to communicate with clients and partners—real B2B experience, no filter.
• Entrepreneurial Problem Solving: You’ll excel here if you’re entrepreneurial-minded and love coming up with solutions to existing problems, instead of just pointing them out.

You’ll be given real responsibility and the space to contribute, learn, and grow alongside us.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Comfortable using social media and digital platforms, especially LinkedIn, TikTok, Lemon8, and XiaoHongShu.
• Strong communication skills in English (bonus if you know Malay or Chinese).
• Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions or suggest new ideas.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage your own tasks and deadlines.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, small team environment and doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.
• Brings a positive attitude—ready to try, fail, learn, and try again.
• Interested in digital marketing, business growth, and entrepreneurship.
