This Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious growth targets. If you are a self-starter with a proven ability to deliver results, we want to hear from you.

  • Plan and carry out effective sales plans to meet company goals and reach more customers.
  • Lead, guide, and encourage our sales team. Train them, set their goals, and make sure they have what they need to succeed.
  • Build strong relationships with important customers and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to make sure our sales efforts match company goals and what we offer.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and performance against targets.
skills and requirements
  • Bachelor degree graduate in sales, business or equivalent qualification
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and self-motivated results-driven leader
  • Able to travel
