What you will bring
- Demonstrated competence in conducting strategic sourcing activities for executive-level positions
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven professional experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Possess a can-do attitude, highly adaptive mindset, leadership qualities, and a proactive willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Mandarin (a plus)
- End-to-End Recruitment ExcellenceExecute the entire recruitment process with a keen eye on sourcing, evaluating, and placing top-tier executive candidates. This involves initial interviews, thorough understanding of candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
- Continuous ImprovementAnalyse candidate activity, recruitment metrics, and identify opportunities for process enhancement. Adapt to new challenges and job roles, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment strategies and practices.
- Client EngagementProactively meet with clients to comprehend their objectives and specific hiring requirements. Develop and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with clients by offering consultative guidance on recruitment matters.
- Strategic Relationship BuildingEstablish effective working relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Contribute to building the professional services portfolio by delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Industry ExpertiseStay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and shifts in recruitment methods. Provide valuable insights and guidance to both clients and candidates based on your industry knowledge.
- Strategic SourcingConduct strategic sourcing activities to identify and attract executive-level candidates, both active and passive. Implement the latest strategies while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
