Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with Wealth Mastery Academy's (WMA) goals and objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the talent acquisition process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Represent WMA at career fairs and other recruitment events.
