Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with Wealth Mastery Academy's (WMA) goals and objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the talent acquisition process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Represent WMA at career fairs and other recruitment events.
