Job Description
  1. Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and execute strategies to proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events to build a talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and ensure that recruitment efforts align with team and company objectives.
  • Ensure a positive, transparent, and efficient candidate experience, reflecting the company’s values and culture at every stage of the recruitment process.
  1. Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Manage and lead the onboarding process for new hires to introduce them to the company’s culture, policies, and team structure.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create strategies to retain top talent and ensure long-term employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization, ensuring a smooth and respectful transition out of the company.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed, compliant with company policies, and in accordance with legal requirements during both onboarding and offboarding processes.
  1. Culture Development & Support
  • Promote and reinforce the company’s culture, ensuring alignment with organisational values and goals.
  • Create and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and team-building activities.
  • Act as a resource for employees, addressing workplace concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution in a constructive manner.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience in HR roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools & Google Tools (E.g: Docs, Sheet, Slide, etc.. )
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to fairness.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and candidate management.
