Your Role
Be a professional solution provider, supporting customers from Hong Kong via calls, emails, and live chats. Gain international exposure while sharpening your communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day
No night shift required!
Working Location:
KL Sentral, Cyberjaya, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya
What We’re Looking For- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English
- Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma & Degree Fresh graduates are welcome!)
- Experience in customer service / call center (BPO) is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and perform under pressure
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Manage customer enquiries and service requests via email, live chat and minimal calls
- Assist with orders, cancellations, refunds, and enquiries
- Record, track, and resolve cases accurately
- Adhere to workflows, system procedures, and SLA requirements
