As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a positive and seamless experience for our customers throughout their wellness journey. You will handle enquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide accurate information on our services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service (wellness/healthcare/beauty industry preferred)
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Flexible, adaptable, and a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Handle walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online enquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently
- Assist customers with service enquiries and guide them through available wellness treatments
- Maintain accurate customer records, appointment logs, and attendance tracking
- Follow up with customers after treatments to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
- Manage customer feedback and complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
- Support daily operations including basic administrative tasks
- Ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming front desk environment
