Help Desk Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and workflow configuration
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments
- Proven ability to define product strategy, long-term vision, and roadmap
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and API integrations
- Familiarity with JavaScript or similar programming languages is an added advantage
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions
- High level of accountability and ownership over deliverables
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and domains
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact product and automation initiatives that improve end-to-end customer and operational journeys. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation through launch
- Defining product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities while managing the product backlog
- Leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations to deliver initiatives on time
- Monitoring product performance metrics and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Designing, configuring, and implementing automation workflows using low-code and no-code platforms
- Building, maintaining, and optimizing automated processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Troubleshooting and improving existing automation flows
- Collaborating with engineering teams to integrate automation solutions with current systems
