ERP Helpdesk Engineer - Mandarin speaker - RM3,500 - Cheras - Fresh Grads
Responsible for remote support for client’s ERP system (training is provided).
Research and identify the issues with clear logic thinking and details oriented skills.
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Track history tickets to figure out the problem and resolution
Talk to clients professionally via email, or MS Teams
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Mandarin speaking and reading is a must.
Data analysing, web-app programming experience is preferred, but not mandatory
Previous experience with Manage Engine ticket system is a plus
Previous helpdesk support experience is a plus
Be on time for allocated shifts. (9:00-18:00 or 12:00-21:00, five days per week)- Able to read and write in Mandarin.
