JOB VACANCY

POSITION - ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

LOCATION - KLANG

SALARY - RM 2500-3500

Responsibilities:

To support and assist in daily operational, administration and accounts task and any ad hoc task as assigned
Manage and maintain proper records keeping and filing systems, including data back-up and ensure files are kept safely and labeled accordingly
Ensure office is always clean and tidy
Communicate and update HOD on daily work done
Assist and support in documentations when needed
Assist HOD during audit and tax matters
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all accounting matters
Assist the senior in others accounting functions as and when required.

To perform any tasks or assignments given by HOD from time to time.

Requirement:

Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in accounting
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to handle confidential information
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

Minimum 1 years working experience in the same capacity.
