Educational Background

Technical Skills

Working Hour : 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)

٠ Perform daily administrative duties including documentation and office coordination

٠ Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice preparation, payment tracking, and data entry

٠ Maintain proper filing systems and accurate records for administrative and accounting documents.

٠ Support internal teams with administrative and accounting-related matters

٠ Liaise with customers when required for documentation or payment follow-ups

٠ Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations when necessary

٠ Carry out other administrative or accounting duties as assigned by management
