Project Manager

between 22 and 35 years.
- Malaysian citizen with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in security systems and low-voltage projects.
- Strong understanding of networking and security system technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is required, and Malay is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oversee and manage security and low-voltage system projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery within cost constraints.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support on security and networking systems.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
- For the JB position, occasional travel to Singapore for meetings with clients will be required.
