Graduated from Bachelors in Finance or related field.
- Able to speak Mandarin, Malay and English.
- Able to travel if there is any events or board meetings.
- Experience in legal, wealth management and finance.
- Location: Kuala Lumpur/Selangor.
- Monday to Friday (normal working hours)
- Oversee legal, compliance, and operational support functions to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, while driving operational efficiency and process improvements.
- Provide strategic risk management advice to the Board, safeguarding the Company against financial, operational, and reputational risks.
- Authorise and execute key transactions on behalf of the Company, including treasury functions, client account operations, and other business-critical activities.
- Drive business development initiatives for Corporate Trust and Wealth Management services, focusing on high-net-worth clients and expanding this key business segment.
- Prepare and present reports to the Board, CEO, and senior management on operational performance, compliance status, and key business metrics.
- Develop, review, and enhance company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure strong governance and operational consistency.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior management to strengthen internal controls, ensuring the prevention of fraud, financial misreporting, and compliance breaches.
