JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 Years experience in business administration, operations management or a related role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwares such as SQL (Accounting Software)
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to multitask by implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous work experience in the Food Industry or Manufacturing Industry would be an asset
  • Fluent in the language of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise, coordinate and execute daily operations including Administrations, Receiving & Purchasing Tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in daily operations of your department and organization as a whole.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations, including schedules, budgets, and inventory levels.
  • Supervise and lead operational staffs to improve their work performance.
  • Monitor performance metrics and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliances with company policies, procedures and regulations including DOSH, HALAL, HACCP etc.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain processes by ensuring stock levels of raw materials and finished goods are maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales & Marketing, Production, Quality Control and Accounts to streamline smooth operations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Customers and Suppliers.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among Customers and Suppliers.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide regular reports to management when necessary.
  • Work with management to develop strategies and manage departmental budgets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
