JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 Years experience in business administration, operations management or a related role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwares such as SQL (Accounting Software)
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Ability to multitask by implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous work experience in the Food Industry or Manufacturing Industry would be an asset
- Fluent in the language of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise, coordinate and execute daily operations including Administrations, Receiving & Purchasing Tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in daily operations of your department and organization as a whole.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including schedules, budgets, and inventory levels.
- Supervise and lead operational staffs to improve their work performance.
- Monitor performance metrics and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliances with company policies, procedures and regulations including DOSH, HALAL, HACCP etc.
- Manage inventory and supply chain processes by ensuring stock levels of raw materials and finished goods are maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales & Marketing, Production, Quality Control and Accounts to streamline smooth operations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Customers and Suppliers.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among Customers and Suppliers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide regular reports to management when necessary.
- Work with management to develop strategies and manage departmental budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
